Submit either full papers (4-10 pages) or extended abstracts (for interactive demos and lightning talks)


Final Submission due by October 1st 2017.

Review

All submissions are peer reviewed by at least 3 members of the international program committee (reviews to complete by November 13th 2017)

Present

You will be notified if your paper is accepted and can then register to attend and present at the conference in Brisbane in February 2018

Prepare Your Submission

Full Papers

All submissions must be original work, not previously published elsewhere, and not currently submitted to any other conference or journal.


Papers must be between 4 and 10 pages long.


Papers are required to conform to the ACM formatting guidelines detailed on the  ACMs formatting guidleines here.


De-identify the paper. Remove author names, and any additional information in the paper that could be used to identify the paper authors (as reviews of papers are blind)


Submission of papers will be handled online via the "Interactive Entertainment - IE 2018" track on the ACSW2018 EasyChair website (click here to make a submission).


Submission of a paper should be regarded as an undertaking that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will attend the conference to present the work.

Demos & Lightning Talks

All submissions must be original work and described as an extended abstract (no more than 4 pages).


Submission of demos & lightning talks will be handled online via the "Interactive Entertainment IE 2018" track on the ACSW2018 EasyChair website (click here to make a submission).


Submission of a demo should be regarded as an undertaking that, should the demo be accepted, at least one of the authors will attend the conference to present the work.
